- For orders up to 500.00 AED, a nominal fee of 25 AED will be charged.
- Overseas orders are subject to freight charges determined by our partners, which will be payable by the clients.

However, there are a few locations where we are currently unable to provide home delivery. To verify if your address falls within our delivery coverage, please refer to the table provided above. Estimated Delivery Time: For our major destinations, we strive to make the first delivery attempt within one working day from the time you place your order. Please note that our working days are from Saturday to Thursday and do not include public holidays.
Order Shipment Notification: Once your order is ready for delivery, we will promptly notify you via SMS or a call. This notification signifies that one of our dedicated drivers has your shipment and is en route to deliver it to you shortly.
Flexible Delivery Options: In case you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Alternatively, you can request to have the item delivered to your office if it better suits your schedule.
Return Shipping Charges: For our UAE customers, any additional fees for returns and exchanges will be charged when using your preferred courier service.
