Returns and Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority at Jaguar Textile, and we sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you happen to change your mind and wish to return an item, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free Returns and Exchanges Policy.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria: it must be returned within the specified return period, be in fully re-saleable condition, and returned in its original undamaged packaging. If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color. Please note that while you will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, return shipping charges will apply.
Here’s how you can initiate a return:
- Send an email to info@jaguarpvt.com to request an exchange, and our team will provide you with a unique Returns Contact Number.
- Mail your returned items to the following address: Jaguar Textile Trading Shed 9 – Gift Mart Building Lucky Roundabout, Ajman Industrial 2 Ajman, UAE
- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original receipt, and the Returns Number provided by our team upon acceptance of your request. Kindly note that returns should not be sent directly to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that certain situations do not qualify for exchanges, including items that are not in their original condition, damaged items, or items without the assigned returns number obtained from our team. Additionally, any returns received more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for exchange.
Refunds (Faulty Goods Only):
We only issue refunds for items that are deemed faulty. If your claim is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a specific timeframe.
Sale Items:
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping:
The cost of shipping for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over 150 AED, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item unless it is tracked. If the item is not received and is sent back to us by the postal service company, you will be charged the actual shipping fee. The price of the item will be credited once we receive it, and we will contact you to provide updates on the return process.
